WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are very excited, as we are looking for our very first Android Developer! We are looking for someone, who has at least 3 years of experience in mobile app development, using Kotlin / Java / Jetpack Compose / Gradle / MVVM. Requirements

  • Experience

    At least 3 years of experience in mobile app development using Kotlin / Java / Jetpack Compose / Gradle / MVVM.

  • Knowledge

    Testing, understanding mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices, familiarity with UI design and development specifications, knowledge of the development lifecycle and app publication process.

  • Learning

    A desire for diverse work, continuous learning, and expanding technical knowledge. Openness to giving and receiving feedback.

  • Communication

    Ability to collaborate with the team around you (i.e., a 'team player') and fluent written and spoken English.

Bonus points

  • Flutter

    Experience and/or a desire to develop in the Flutter/Dart environment.

  • Project Work

    Experience working on projects in diverse teams using agile methodologies.

Mid applicants can expect salary range €2,900 - €3,300 gross per month and Senior applicants can expect salary range €3,300 - €3,900 gross per month.

The hiring process

What can you expect?

01 Initial interview

We will first review your application, and if you meet the requirements, we will invite you to a 30-minute video meeting or a cup of coffee at our headquarters in Ljubljana.

02 Task

We will often ask you to complete a task to show the level of your skills. Typically, the task is designed to take a few hours to complete, with a submission deadline of 7 days (one week). We will always provide you with feedback on your work.

03 Technical interview

Based on the number of applications received, these two steps can be interchanged: the technical interview can come first, followed by the task, or the other way around. Alternatively, we might just skip the task and go straight for the interview.

04 An offer

If everything goes well, we will invite you to one final talk where we align our expectations and discuss the beginning of your journey with us.
