Loftware is a global leader in labelling. They create innovative solutions for a full range of barcode labelling needs. They work with companies of all sizes and across a broad range of industries all over the world.
When they came to us, their business model was based on selling perpetual licences, but they were going to launch a new cloud-based product they wanted to base on subscriptions. Our job was to help them develop a subscription management platform that would fit into their existing system.
Taking the existing system into account was the crucial aspect of this project. It meant we had to comprehensively understand the current data flows and user practices, extensively research possible integrations, and find the most sensible solution for all involved parties.
